At Sano, Chef Scipione offers a four-course pre-fixe tasting menu, blending contemporary Italian, Peruvian, and Asian flavors—all priced at $115+ per person. Guests can expect dishes like quail-egg /foie gras crostini, veal meatball with pepato, homemade pasta, miso black cod, barolo braised beef cheeks and baby lamb chops presented in an upscale but cozy setting.
This intimate dining room seats up to 16 guests, with private chef’s‑table options for up to 12. The space is intentionally crafted to feel like a private supper club—perfect for special evenings, romantic dinners, or small group gatherings.
