At Sano, Chef Scipione offers a six - course pre-fixe tasting menu with a choice of main course, blending contemporary Italian, Peruvian, and Asian flavors—all priced at $125.00 per person. Guests can expect dishes including caviar, ceviche, duck pot stickers, handcrafted gnocchi with fresh shaved truffle, miso black cod and baby lamb chops presented in an upscale but cozy setting.


This intimate dining room seats up to 16 guests, with private chef’s‑table options for up to 16 upon request. The space is intentionally crafted to feel like a private supper club—perfect for special evenings, romantic dinners, or small group gatherings.
